A practice built to see what others normalize.
The Leverage Lab is a strategic intelligence and leverage advisory firm for founder-led businesses navigating complexity in the AI era. We work quietly, with precision, where systems, positioning, and operator attention converge.

Most businesses do not lack effort — they lack clarity.
The Leverage Lab was built around that belief. After years working with founder-led businesses, a consistent pattern emerged: the work that mattered most was almost never the work that felt most urgent.
Stalled growth curves rarely turned out to be marketing problems. They were positioning problems wearing a marketing costume. What looked like sales friction was, on inspection, operational drag. What looked like a team problem was almost always an attention problem at the top.
The practice exists to make those distinctions visible — and actionable. We work as a calm, perceptive outside intelligence, mapping the systems shaping growth and surfacing the leverage that is already in the business but not yet doing the work it could.
We treat AI as part of that leverage. Used carefully, it compresses what used to be slow research, reveals patterns across signal that would otherwise stay diffuse, and removes operational friction that quietly erodes founder focus. Used carelessly, it adds noise. Choosing where it belongs is part of the work.
How the work happens.
Systems thinking
Businesses are systems before they are stories. We work where the structure lives.
Operational clarity
We translate ambient complexity into a small number of decisions that actually matter.
Hidden dynamics
Most growth friction is invisible until it is named. Naming it is most of the work.
Strategic leverage
The right move, made once, replaces a year of motion.
Founder psychology
Decisions are downstream of attention. We help protect both.
Pattern recognition
What looks like a unique problem is usually a familiar one in a new shape.
